After years of delivering smile makeovers our founder, Dr Alex, wanted to use all of his experience and detailed dental knowledge to create a range of products which would truly benefit and care for the aesthetics of your smile at home.

As a cosmetic dentist and founder of Maison Dental, a group of leading global cosmetic dental clinics, I have spent my whole career focussed on improving the aesthetics of teeth. I loved creating smile makeovers for thousands of patients with a focus on minimally invasive techniques to avoid the need for drilling of natural teeth.

But I didn’t want to stop there. Every patient would always want my advice on what they should use at home to maintain their smile…and I couldn’t give them an answer.

I’ve always been inspired by fashion and a desire for making things look nice which is reason I was drawn towards makeovers so in 2019 I set out to develop a range of oral cosmetics to produce the most effective results for you at home with sustainability in mind.

Shade Changer truly bridges the gap between scientific proven dentistry and a beauty industry which we have all fallen in love with.

Our first product has been specifically designed with composite bonding makeovers in mind, providing long term protection and maintenance of the colour and texture of your teeth.

Composite like any other surface can develop stains, marks and discolourations and nothing has every been available to properly clean it. Until now, introducing our first product, Composite Conditioner.

    • Use daily prior to your toothpaste.

      Brush composite bonded areas for 5 seconds per tooth. We do not advise exceeding use once per day.

    • Composite conditioner is specifically formulated to be most effective on composite bonded areas however is safe when in contact with natural teeth.

       

    • Composite conditioner is the first product of its kind and was developed by Dr Alex Al-Shaikh who was a pioneer in composite bonding makeovers to specifically maintain the colour and texture of composite bonding at home.

    • Composite Conditioning is an in clinic process developed by Dr Alex and exclusively available at Maison Dental and the most in depth cleaning process for composite bonding. Composite conditioner is not a replacement for in clinic composite conditioning which we still advise 2-4 times yearly to ensure composite bonding is maintained at it’s best.

      Please note in clinic composite conditioning is only available for patients of Maison Dental.

    • Shade Changer will be releasing a full range of oral cosmetic products beyond the maintenance of composite bonding. Our focus  is delivering the most effective and scientifically proven teeth whitening products.

    • Composite conditioner can be used during pregnancy.
